         Initiated multilevel critical paths analysis to reducing delays of shifting critical paths and allow priority changes to remediate undetected upcoming delays reducing delays by 35%.

         Implemented improvements from experienced personnel to project schedules increasing productivity and minimizing risk.

         Created resource allocated schedules across multiple projects sharing common resource pools which resulted reduction by 60% in delays due to lack of scheduled manpower.

         Integrated the 14 point assessment and other guidelines from the DCMA.
